As a prominent manufacturer of steel shots and grits in India, our manufacturing setup has a covered shed area of 50,000 sq. ft. in Siltara Industrial Area Raipur. Our company utilizes advanced machines like Moderate Retorts and Centrifugal Atomizers to manufacture high-strength and durable Cast Steel Shots and Cast Steel Grits through double quenching, tempering, and screening processes.

Our Products

The Sponge Iron manufactured at our units is distinct due to its high metallic content and consistent chemical and physical characteristics.

Sponge Iron

Iron ore (haematite) and non-coking coal are the prime raw materials for the production of sponge iron. These are charged into a rotary kiln in requisite proportion along with some dolomite.

Sections

Our range of sections has been developed to reflect current structural design practice and make it easier to specify CE marked structural sections compliant with the Construction Products Regulations.

Steel Shots

Samples of Cast Iron Scrap and cutting from rolling mills or scrap from user units is taken from raw materials storage. This is then tested for its chemical composition and noted.
